That training comes through Volvo’s North American Institute (NAI). NAI conducts in-depth, hands-on training with the latest Volvo products at 11 locations in the United States and Canada. Online training programs help technicians stay up-to-date with new information.

The Volvo North American Institute’s mission is to increase the level of knowledge and understanding of our dealership personnel in all areas that affect the customer. These include service, sales, warranty, parts, business improvement process, and dealer management skills development.
